Multiplier event “The reflective way: from ‘I know’ to ‘I’m able to do'” in Lithuania on 11th October 2016

 

Kitokie projektai and Vilnius University (Lithuania) hosted the second multiplier event in Vilnius on Thuesday 11th October 2016. Interested to see some film recordings or slide presentations of the lectures? Have a look right here.

Nuolatinių pokyčių sąlygomis refleksija turėtų tapti kertine kompetencija aukštojoje mokykloje besirengiant profesiniam gyvenimui, refleksija taip pat neabejotinai yra vienas iš pagrindinių procesų brandžios įmonės ar socialinės organizacijos gyvenime.
– tai Erasmus+ strateginės partnerystės projektas, kurio metu partneriai iš Lietuvos, Belgijos, Italijos ir Islandijos universitetų bei konsultacinių kompanijų tyrinėjo įgalinantį refleksijos poveikį. Konferencijos metu organizatoriai pristatys atradimus ir įžvalgas, o svečiai pasidalins savo tyrimais, praktikomis ir supratimais, taip pat bus sukurta erdvė diskusijoms ir atvejų analizei.
