Kitokie projektai® is a consultancy and training company , concerned with human resource development in businesses, NGO and state institutions. Founded in 2000, Kitokie projektai® deals with team, community and leadership development, crisis management as well as qualitative research on experiential learning, education and large group dynamics. The company itself is using community based management. Kitokie projektai® has comprehensive expertise in training and consulting of business, education and social service organisations as well as NGOs and non formal community groups by mainly using experiential reflective learning methodology.

Kitokie projektai is also member of the informal Network “International Academy of Experiential Education” www.viaexperientia.net, that has been researching on Experiential Learning as an innovative and holistic methodology for developing transversal competences of adult trainers and educators.
